Peruvian Harvest cocoa powder is made from 51% Criollo cocoa beans from Peru and 49% cocoa beans from Sierra Leone, without additives of any kind and according to the criteria for raw food and the EU organic regulation. Through the unique approach and the weak fermentation we achieve our incomparable taste and variety of nutrients. The cocoa butter content of 10%-12% makes the product highly soluble even without the application of heat. The aromatic but only slightly bitter taste allows to create delicious recipes without the need of much sweetness.

Applications:
- Drinks: try a spoonful of cocoa powder in your smoothies or protein shakes, or prepare a warm cup of cocoa. Our tip: To do this, dissolve 1-2 teaspoons in a cup with a little lukewarm water, then sweeten and supplement with (almond, oat, …) milk.
