Peruvian Harvest cocoa beans are produced without additives of any kind and in accordance with the criteria for raw food and the EU organic regulation. From the fields to the final product, our cacao is processed under controlled conditions and very gently. Through the unique approach and the weak fermentation we achieve our incomparable taste, the multitude of nutrients and the special aroma.

It is produced from 100% raw organic criollo cacao beans, without mixing with other species. The cacao is fermented only 20%. This takes about two days, preserves the raw characteristics of the beans while creating a lush flavor and irresistible aroma. It contains no binders, fillers or excipients and preserves the natural properties and benefits of cacao.
Note: Cacao beans do not dissolve when cooked.
