Sacha Inchi is a plant native to the Amazon region of Peru whose unique seeds are very rich in Omega 3, 6 and 9. Sacha Inchi was originally wild grown, is now cultivated and is a valuable source of income for many families in rural areas. Peruvian Harvest Sacha Inchi oil is made from selected roasted seeds and extracted through a slow and gentle pressing process. Impurities are then removed by mechanical filtration. The result is a “light” oil of light color, with a pleasant nutty flavor.

Application:
