The Cultavit® buckwheat germ powder is a vitamin B complex that provides them naturally with all 8 B vitamins. Already 2 knife tips (1g) daily are enough! Ideally suited for vegetarians and vegans. What makes the B vitamins from buckwheat so special? Cultavit® Powder Vitamin B consists of 100% finely ground, organically grown buckwheat germ buds. The B vitamins are supplied to the seedlings via the irrigation water. They are thus absorbed by the plant during the germination process and incorporated into the natural plant structure. Thus, we get a vitamin B complex on a plant (vegan) basis and with optimal bioavailability. Since the powder is free of any additives, it is gluten-free, vegan and free of allergens. A good supply of B family vitamins is important. They are needed for almost all metabolic processes and literally serve as nerve food for us. So we all need to make sure that we get enough of them every day.
Why are B vitamins important ?
The vitamin B group perform numerous tasks and are involved in almost all metabolic functions.

Cultavit® – Taken from nature
The Cultavit® process has succeeded in utilizing, optimizing and standardizing biological growth and germination processes in such a way that essential nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals and trace elements, are concentrated in their natural matrix.
Buckwheat is at the heart of the Cultavit® manufacturing process. Buckwheat, lat. Fagopyrum esculentum, has been cultivated in Europe and Asia for centuries and has experienced a true renaissance in recent years: since it is not related to wheat and therefore does not contain gluten, it can also be used by people with gluten intolerance without any problems.
Buckwheat seedlings have proven to be particularly absorbent and robust. If they are placed in a nutrient-rich, watery environment and the right temperature and environmental conditions are provided, the seedlings begin to grow. They take the nutrients they need from the medium and incorporate them into their structures. This process is closely monitored, controlled and stopped at the optimum time. Thanks to years of experience, the results are very good and reproducible in terms of vitamin content.
Bioavailability study: At this year’s VITAFOODS in Geneva, the manufacturer was able to present the world’s first study on the topic of “Bioavailability of natural versus synthetic raw materials”. The starting point of our question was: Can we prove that nutrients in a natural plant environment are more available to humans than an equivalent amount of, for example, synthetic vitamins? For this purpose we commissioned a renowned Austrian institute – SCIgenia Science Support GmbH at the University of Vienna – which recruited twenty healthy participants under the direction of Prof. W. Mosgöller. The study participants received either Cultavit® B9 (i.e. folic acid – containing buckwheat complex) or an equal amount of purely synthetic folic acid. The B9 content was measured repeatedly over a period of 6 hours. The result was unambiguous and statistically significant: the example based on folic acid shows a 38% increase in the bioavailability of folic acid in Cultavit® compared to pure, synthetic folic acid.

Storage conditions for dried fruits and nut kernels:
Storage is best in a cool (< 15 degrees C), dry and dark place – in a well-sealed container. In summer and for longer storage without loss of quality and vermin infestation, it is best to store dried fruits in the refrigerator.
Foreign matter in dried fruits and nut kernels:
Our all-natural dried fruits are harvested by many hardworking hands, sorted and processed as gently as possible. Despite sorting and multiple washing before the drying process and the strictest control at every stage of processing, it is not possible to 100% exclude the presence of isolated plant parts in such products, such as small leaves or stalks in the case of berries, individual shell residues in the case of cracked apricot kernels, or even a grain of sand in the case of natural drying in the end product.
The attempt to keep natural products 100% free of any foreign bodies as described above is illusory and would make the products unaffordable.
Before consuming such natural and less processed foods, the consumer is rather asked to look to remove any things that may be present, as mentioned above.
Allergy information:
The products are weighed and packed by us mainly by hand, so that only the pure, above-mentioned product comes into the packaging and mixtures, for example by residues of other (allergenic) substances, do not occur in packaging plants with us.
Nevertheless, we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination with allergens such as nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, celery, soy and wheat, as such products are present in our factory and in our packaging.
